Prawn Omelette
Time to cook: 10 minutes | Serves: 2
Ingredients:
50 grams of butter
Spring onion
Chives
Prawns
4 Eggs
Soy sauce
Optional fresh chilli or chilli oil to garnish
Procedure:
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the soy sauce and whisk with a fork.
Place a pan on medium/high heat, and cook your prawns.
Add butter to a separate pan and pour in the egg mixture once the butter has melted.
Cook the eggs slowly, adding the chopped chives.
Add the cooked prawns onto one half of the omelette and gently flip the other side to cover the prawns.
To serve, plate up your omelette and top with a generous helping of our Caravan Foods Amazing Asian salad topper and enjoy!
